Plant Guarantee: Trees and shrubs have a 30-day guarantee. If your plant doesn't survive, you must bring the plant to the garden center for a replacement of the purchase price or a store credit. No replacement will be given if the plant fails due to neglect, inadequate water, severe seasonal conditions, pet damage, vandalism, or in any other cause beyond our control. Original plant is the only replacement. If the replacement plant is more than the original plant, you will have to pay the difference. A sales receipt is required for plant replacement. Not included in our guarantee: Plants kept in container or not planted in the ground, plants not properly winterized, annuals, perennials, dogwoods, and water plants, select varieties, and any plants discounted 20% or more. No returns or exchanges.
